1: You are not satisfied with your resume and cover letter.
2: You have taken full advantage of the editing period to address your concerns, requesting and receiving at least two edits.
3: You are requesting a refund within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase.
4: After stating that you are not happy with your resume, you make your specific concerns known and work with a writer to address these concerns. Our first priority is to make any changes necessary to produce an excellent resume, and if we are unable to do that then we are happy to provide a refund.
5: The reason for your unhappiness is greater than a small number of minor typos, as long as
the resume has been substantially improved in other ways.
